Outlook Express

Ok, follow these steps:

Open the program Outlook Express.
Go to the menu Tools-->Options
Select the Send tab and make sure that the option Text without format is checked.
Also, down on the same screen desactivate the option Answer messages in the format they were sent. By this way you make sure that if someone sends you HTML mail, you are going to be answering with plain text.
